There is something about copper pots that is so striking to me. Maybe it's their heirloom quality or the patina they acquire over time. They strike me as the tool of an experienced cook, not someone like me who frequently forgets she's left her dinner to burn on the stove.
I think copper pots are gorgeous but (guiltily admit that I) use non-stick pans for the convenience of it. I hope to have a gorgeous overhang of copper pots and pans one day though.
